Mr. Kabbani serves as a project analyst on various projects in B&D’s Washington, D.C. office. He graduated from Columbia University with a master of science in real estate development and received his bachelors in architecture from Woodbury University. He has competed in and won many architectural competitions, both academic and professional, as well as competitions in the fields of photography and graphics. He won first place in AIA’s Emerging Talent Competition, and his group’s design was chosen by the City of Long Beach for development. His photography was featured in AIA’s 2013 Architecture Engagement Calendar.
Since joining B&D, Mr. Kabbani has prepared reports and recommendations on program planning assignments, such as unit mix studies, amenities, finishes based on demand forecasting, market research, and market analysis, as well as pro formas, financial analysis and feasibility studies. In addition to this, his crucial role in many large scale Pk-12 projects has given Kabbani experience in conducting daily site walks, developing graphic tools to present financial data to clients, and coordinating weekly meetings with project owners, construction team members, and A/E team members.
