Fifty Great Places to Work
In the Washingtonian's December 2013 issue, Brailsford & Dunlavey was named one of DC's "50 Great Places to Work." B&D was chosen by a panel of judges that reviewed more than 200 companies and 13,000 employee surveys. Winners were chosen based on criteria such as generous pay and benefits, challenging and interesting work, and opportunities to learn and grow. B&D employee benefits include a fully paid PPO health plan, quarterly bonuses, a 7.5 percent 401(k) contribution, and tuition reimbursement. Employees also benefit from frequent one-on-one and group trainings, helping to advance their careers in their areas of interest.
Brailsford & Dunlavey was selected as one of The Washington Post's 2014 Top Workplaces. The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. The employee survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement.
