Carrie Rollman

Project Manager

Throughout her tenure at B&D, Ms. Rollman has focused on the implementation of educational facilities, including several public charter schools in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.  Her responsibilities on these projects have included facilitation of design review and management, coordination of owner-contracted consultants and construction teams, budget and schedule management, securing permits and applicable city approvals, and constituent engagement among owner groups, school boards, parents, and community members.  Through her work with numerous university clients, she has developed a thorough understanding of facility planning principles and a comprehensive portfolio of campus facility projects.

Prior to joining B&D full time, Ms. Rollman served as an intern with the firm while pursuing a masters degree in engineering management from The George Washington University.  Simultaneously, she worked as a graduate assistant for George Washington, focusing on student life programs for engineering students including engineering living and learning communities.
