A project manager at B&D, Mr. Bram has led a number of higher education clients on a variety of quality-of-life projects as a trusted strategic advisor. His diverse planning experience has helped him define unique solutions on more than 30 client projects, which has included housing, union, recreation, athletic, and foodservice planning efforts.
Seizing on an emerging higher education trend, Mr. Bram has been engaged on a number of assignments that evaluate the use of alternative funding structures, specifically public-private-partnerships. As a result, he has helped B&D expand its expertise throughout the planning-to-implementation continuum. Additionally, he was a co-founder of B&D’s Atlanta, Georgia office in 2012, which is where he currently resides.
After graduating with a B.S. in family and consumer sciences from the University of Georgia, Mr. Bram received an M.A. in city and regional planning with a concentration in land use and geographic information systems from Clemson University.
