Greg Benson, LEED Green Associate

Project Manager

Since joining B&D, Mr. Benson has utilized his architectural background and construction management experience to facilitate several PK-12 projects for the D.C.Public Schools modernization project, as well as the planning, design, construction,completion and close-out stages of two major projects at Gallaudet University. His responsibilities include, but are not limited to, management of all planning and design processes through constant communication with stakeholders and the design team, budget management, permitting, third-party contract management, swing space coordination, community engagement, schedule reviews, FF&E coordination,and management of the design-build team through construction, close-out, and commissioning.

Mr. Benson graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Architecture with a minor in Architectural History. While at UVA, he gained significant experience in the field of architectural design as well as in the field of construction management and administration through his coursework and externships with KBS Construction and Connolly Brothers Construction.
