Ms. Albaari is a PMP-certified project management professional with over thirty years of experience in planning, design, and construction management. She has experience in the full spectrum of educational facilities planning and implementation of school modernization projects having worked with three large K-12 public school systems (Miami Dade, Detroit, and District of Columbia Public schools) as facilities planner, education specification developers, and project manager.
Her academic background includes a Masters in Health Information Management and a Bachelor in Construction Management. Her core competencies include project initiation, programming, and construction management. She has experience as an instructor in K-12 grades, as well as in Community College.
Prior to joining B&D, she worked as an associate project manager for Wayne State University in Detroit a leading research university in the Facilities Planning & Maintenance division where she was responsible for planning and managing the University’s capital improvement projects ranging up to $20 million, including the Universities Deferred Maintenance Projects identification process with an annual budget of $7 million.
