Monike McRae

Project Analyst

Ms. McRae is a project analyst in Brailsford & Dunlavey’s Washington, DC office.  Her work with the firm has focused primarily on the planning and programming of Pre-K-12 schools.  Applying both her professional experience and her master’s in urban planning from Georgetown University, she accurately assesses quantitative and qualitative information to guide clients toward optimal solutions.  Before joining B&D, she worked as a contractor for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, converting multifamily housing into Section 8 through the Rental Assistance Demonstration program, conducted research on transatlantic urban policy at the German Marshall Fund, and earned a Bachelor’s in international studies and political science from The Johns Hopkins University.
