Ryan Gever

Project Manager

Mr. Gever manages a variety of K-12 and higher education facility projects through the program spectrum from visioning through occupancy. He has delivered over $50 million dollars in public charter school facilities in the District of Columbia with another $25 million planned and in design that will accommodate over 2,500 students. His experience as a program manager includes guiding school operators through strategic expansion planning processes, site and facility selection, and leasing surplus public school facilities, in addition to the complex design and construction phases.

Prior to joining B&D, Mr. Gever served in the Peace Corps as a community economic development facilitator in Honduras. He graduated from The George Washington University with a bachelor’s in business administration and is pursuing a master’s degree at Georgetown University in urban and regional planning.  Using his project and educational experience, he empowers owners to develop projects that maximize value for their communities.
