Mr. House is a Project Analyst in Brailsford & Dunlavey’s Irvine office where he advises decision-makers throughout the West Coast in the planning and implementation of higher education facility projects. Equipped with a background in planning and real estate development finance Mr. House provides clients with thoughtful analysis and keen insight.
Prior to joining B&D, Mr. House worked as a Planner with the City of Scottsdale, Coldwell Banker Legacy, Gallup Land Partners (GLP), and Tribal Sectors. His responsibilities include infrastructure analyses, site evaluations, cost programming, and feasibility studies. Academic experience includes collaborating and conducting research with Urban Transportation Planning Brazil, in Curitiba, Parana. He also developed the infrastructure analysis template for the Navajo Nation Land-Use Update. Mr. House graduated from the University of Southern California, earning a Master’s in Real Estate Development.
