NJIT breaks ground on major residence hall project

The project is scheduled for completion in August 2027


The New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) has broken ground on Oak Hall, a $100 million residence hall on the university’s Newark campus.

In an article from Student Housing Business, the project will cover 191,000 square feet and feature 453 beds in 154 apartment-style units.
