Mark Brooks is a senior project and construction management professional with more than three decades of experience delivering complex capital projects for higher education, K–12, healthcare, and public-sector clients. He has managed projects throughout the full development lifecycle, overseeing planning, design, procurement, budgets, schedules, contracts, construction, and stakeholder coordination on major programs valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars. His extensive higher education experience includes more than 15 years with The University of Texas System and UT Austin, where he led academic, research, housing, infrastructure, and real estate projects.
