Sowmya Ghosh

Associate

Sowmya Ghosh is a Ph.D.-trained education policy professional with over a decade of experience in higher education research, workforce pathways, and data-driven policy analysis. She has held roles across research, government, and academia, including Senior Research Analyst at Strada Education Foundation and Legislative Fellow in the U.S. House of Representatives. Her work focuses on translating complex data into actionable insights and fostering cross-sector collaboration to inform policy and practice. She has also contributed to numerous publications and international research initiatives in higher education and workforce development.
